My peer group

I am going to write about my peer group at the Colegio Mayor, our values are the same values of an university student but with responsabilities, like to wash and to dry the dirty clothes. Our norms are not disturbing while we were studying and during the weekends to go out all the night because we couldn´t go to sleep at three or four o´clock in the morning, we can be sanctioned, even you coulld be expelled from it. So we drink in a room, then we go to Cat´s, after we go to Joy Eslava, and finally we go to New World, an afterhours. In the morning, we went to the Colegio Mayor as we had breakfast and as we had been in the Church. Hugo had the higher status in the group, so he decided when can we go to movies which doesn´t mean "películas", it meant movidas. You must have invitations to any disco, to increase your status in this specific group. Also we had legal parties in which we wore a esmokin, we drank a lot and we invited all the girls we wanted, after these parties my peer group organized another party which took place until the dawn of the following day.

Why education is so different?

I don´t understand why teachers are standing up while pupils are sitting down waiting to learn more from them than from themselves. In my planet children learn to learn.
